Ag Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities: Diagnosing and repairing ag equipment, tractors, and mowers, Performing routine tune-ups and preventative maintenance, Inspecting and testing for necessary adjustments.

Qualifications: Previous experience as an equipment mechanic, Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment, Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, Deadline and detail-oriented, Self-started and motivated individual

Compensation: Hourly wage depending on experience, paid time off, holiday paid, and overtime pay

Employment Type: Full-Time

Parts/Sales Specialist

The Parts/Sales Specialist position is a position that does not require any prior sales experience or part knowledge, although it is appreciated. Applicants should be organized, outgoing, friendly, and possess a genuine desire to help customers. Excellent people skills coupled with a professional attitude and appearance are important. Due to the fast-paced nature of this position, the ability to multi-task is crucial. Solid computer skills are required.

Shop Hand

This position has many responsibilities including, but not limited to: Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment, moving/operating outdoor equipment, power washing, assisting the lead technicians, sharpening blades, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building. Candidate must be highly motivated, have a great attitude, be a team player, and have good people skills. Forklift experience is a plus.

Parts Tech

The role of the Parts Tech is to ensure that all inventory is accounted for and that the store front and stock room are organized and clean and stocked appropriately.  Responsibilities for a Parts Tech include: restocking shelves in store, clean store front, verify inventory, answer incoming calls, check in part orders, help customers at the front desk. Applicants should have excellent people skills, outgoing, helpful, and possess computer skills.
